Recruitment Operations Manager (AU Labour Hire/Blue Collar) | Onsite

Overview:
The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, leveraging recruitment technology, analyzing metrics and reporting, leading and developing the recruitment team, managing client relationships, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing injury management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Optimising and Standardising Recruitment Processes
Design, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, compliance checks and onboarding. 
Develop and maintain clear process documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the recruitment team. 
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-fill, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.

Ensuring Compliance and Risk Management
Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Australian employment laws, Fair Work Act regulations, and industry-specific requirements applicable to labour hire.
Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation adhere to legal and company policies, including right-to-work checks, background screening, and staff agreements. 
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with non-compliance and ensure the team operates within ethical and legal frameworks.

Managing and Leveraging Recruitment technology and Tools
Oversee the effective utilisation of our recruitment software, job boards, and other recruitment technologies to streamline workflows and manage candidate data effectively.
Optimise system configurations, ensure data integrity, and generate insightful reports from recruitment technology platforms.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate engagement, and reporting capabilities.

Developing and Analysing Recruitment Metrics and Reporting 
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the recruitment function, including time-to-fill, source of hire effectiveness, candidate satisfaction and compliance rates.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and present findings to the leadership team. 
Utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement within the recruitment process.

Leading, Coaching, and Mentoring a Team of Recruiters
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and results-oriented culture.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support the professional development of team members.
Identify individual and team skills gaps and develop targeted coaching and mentoring plans to enhance their recruitment capabilities and knowledge.
Facilitate team meetings, share best practices and ensure effective communication within the recruitment team.

Client Liaison to Ensure Service Satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and expectations 

Act as a point of escalation for client recruitment and staff related concerns and proactively address any issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 
Collaborate with Directors with any concerns with client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales/account management teams to ensure a seamless and consistent service delivery to our clients. Gather client feedback on the recruitment process and utilise it to identify areas for improvement in our service delivery.

Ensuring Quality Recruitment Processes
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures throughout the recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Regularly audit recruitment activities to identify areas for improvement in candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, and overall quality of hire.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes. 

Injury Management
Ensure all workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses are reported and accurately documented in accordance with organisational procedures and legislative requirements.
Reach out to the injured worker promptly to offer support, gather initial information about the incident, and explain the injury management process.
Participate in the investigation of workplace incidents to determine root causes and contributing factors, and recommend preventative actions.
Facilitate medical treatment for injured worker in conjunction with host employer.
Communicate with the injured worker's supervisor about the incident and the initial steps in the injury management process. Assist the injured worker with the preparation and lodgement of workers' compensation claims.
Obtain and interpret medical information to understand the worker's restrictions and abilities for return to work.
Liaise with host employer to identify suitable duties that align with the worker's medical capacity, potentially involving modified hours, tasks, or responsibilities.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all injury management activities.

Qualifications & Experience
 At least 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment operations (labour hire or blue-collar), including 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
Proven team leadership experience (training, performance management, and goal setting).
Experience developing recruitment strategies and resolving performance or recruitment challenges.
Hands-on experience with ATS, job boards, and HR systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Additional Information
 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Manila time AEDT/ 6 AM to 3 PM Manila time for AEST.
Australia public holiday will be observed (nationwide and state-specific)
Onsite (St. Francis Square, Mandaluyong)
