Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the team in executing high-impact campaigns, managing customer relationships, and driving sustained business growth. This role blends administrative support with creative and analytical tasks to achieve sales targets and enhance global brand visibility.

A core requirement for this position is HubSpot expertise. As our primary CRM and the engine behind our website, social media, and data management, the successful candidate will serve as the internal "expert" to ensure the broader business is fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 
HubSpot Administration & Optimisation: Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot, managing the integration of our website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns. 
Automation & Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated automations and workflows to streamline lead nurturing and internal processes. 
Team Support: Provide direct technical support and HubSpot guidance to the broader team.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the rollout of multi-channel marketing activities, ensuring all data is captured accurately within the CRM for reporting. 
CRM Data Integrity: Oversee data hygiene and segmentation within HubSpot to support targeted sales outreach and analytical accuracy. 
Administrative Coordination:  Provide essential support to the sales and marketing functions, bridging the gap between creative tasks and operational execution.
Perform other general related duties and responsibilities or engage in additional projects of work as directed by your manager.  

Qualifications & Experience: 
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Platform Expertise: Proven experience and "expert-level" proficiency in HubSpot is essential.
Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to build workflows and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.  
Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who enjoys supporting colleagues and enhancing team capabilities.
Analytical Approach: Ability to interpret marketing data to help the team refine strategies and improve brand visibility. 

Additional Information
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.
Philippine public holiday will be observed
Hybrid (At least 2 required onsite days per month)
