Revit Draftsman | WFH

Duties & Responsibilities: 
Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, Revit.
Assist in the preparation of BIM management, Master Creation and maintenance. 
Interpret and implement design concepts provided by architects and designers into accurate and detailed construction drawings.
Collaborate with project team members to ensure drawings align with project requirements, building codes, and regulations.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings as necessary throughout the design and construction process.
Maintain organized project files and documentation, including revisions and updates to drawings. 
Coordinate with external consultants, such as structural engineers and contractors, to integrate their input into architectural drawings.

Qualifications:
Must have Revit experience.
Qualifications in building design, architectural technology, or equivalent
Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
At least 3 years' experience working in residential construction or project home environments (single and double storeys) for NSW or QLD state.

Work Set-up: Remote or Work from Home 
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time. AU Public Holidays observed.
